LPBC is an ecosystem that challenges the institutional and conventional spirit, offering a real alternative to its Members, more realistic and based on experience, real life and trust.

LPBC is a Club for CEOs, founded by CEOs and managed by CEOs. You are welcome if you share these values.

The main Goal of LPBC is to propose quality moments where people with the same issues can interact and exchange, whatever the industry, and allow its Members to share their experience, success, failures, … La Peña is also a genuine Business Club, where the Members recommend, work and help each other. We have lots of industries represented in the Club. Nevertheless, every one of them has a Numerus Clausus to make our exchanges much easier and fluid.

Now LPBC is an ecosystem with around 2.000 CEOs, among which more than 400 participate regularly to our events. The Network of La Peña and its partners has representations in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Lisbon, Majorca and any city where our Members would be interested in settling.

Hello, and welcome to our website.

I am a French entrepreneur, with a heart shared between my native country and Spain. In 2006, I decided to move to Barcelona with my family to create the Spanish subsidiary of a French company. Since 2011, I have been developing my own businesses, and La Peña Business Club, which I founded in 2008.

Born in 1974, married with 2 children, my professional career has so far developed in the field of marketing, communication, media, development of startups and business management.

Given the constant evolution of La Peña in recent years and at the request of its Members to have an exclusive space to meet, we decided in January 2015 to install the Club at Paseo de Gracia nº 61 in the center of Barcelona, an address very easily connected to the points of interest in the city.

We have had the great opportunity to find this space of 250 m² that responds to the expectations of our members: a cosy reception area with two halls and another space of offices. We have a meeting room and several workspaces: private offices, private salons and co-working spaces. Whether it is to spend a moment, receive a client or investor, work punctually, organize a meeting, set up a company, etc … «The Club» is a space specially designed and organized for Peñistas.

We organize between 2 and 4 monthly events including a Lunch and an Afterwork. We also propose various conferences on topics of interest for our members. Punctually, we organize other types of events: workshops of our digital chapter, a networking event in collaboration with other Clubs of entrepreneurs or a presentation of an association as part of our social chapter.

Our events are not only physical. We also meet online in our Masterclasses, Webinars and Mastermind e-reunions, which allows us to connect with members located all around the world.

Hablar de La Peña evoca siempre en mí el recuerdo de aquel primer almuerzo. ¿Desde cuando nos conocemos?…Nuestro Club tenía y tiene una trayectoria trazada en línea recta hasta donde nos encontramos todos juntos hoy. Así que La Peña es de agradecer a Emmanuel y Patricia. Por su forma de hacer, o sea una mezcla homogénea de paciencia y de determinación. En este sentido, cuando voy a la sede de Paseo de Gracia me siento en casa: es muy sencillo, puedo sentarme en un sillón vintage para conectarme con el mundo. Es informal y profesional a la vez. Es nómada y sedentario a la vez. Cuando puedo participar en los almuerzos, sé que voy a poder ver mis amigos. Así que también es muy sencillo. Me sentí muy cómodo desde el principio con el concepto de networking de La Peña ya que, a la diferencia de los demás grupos de este tipo, la convivialidad de los eventos permite intercambiar ideas y experiencias con emprendedores que tienen las mismas problemáticas y vienen de horizontes muy diferentes, pero no suelen tener en su entorno profesional a alguien o a un grupo de personas para compartirlas.

En ningún momento el objetivo principal en la Peña es repartir tarjetas de visita con los participantes a los eventos, sino que surge naturalmente después de haber conocido e intercambiado ideas y experiencias con los demás.

Por fin, las instalaciones del Business Club en Barcelona, en una avenida prestigiosa como es el Paseo de Gracia permiten también organizar reuniones en un lugar acogedor y muy céntrico cuando nos visitan desde fuera o que preferimos organizar entrevistas o reuniones fuera de la empresa por razones de confidencialidad o simplemente por la practicidad de la ubicación del Club. Las posibilidades de utilizar unos entornos de trabajo y acceder a eventos en ciudades Europeas como Madrid, París o Lisboa son también claves en el mundo en él que vivimos donde la movilidad es cada vez más importante.

J’ai intégré la Peña en 2014 lorsque je me suis mise à mon compte en tant qu’avocate d’affaires et ceci m’a permis de faire mes premiers pas en tant qu’entrepreneuse. J’assiste régulièrement aux afterworks organisés le jeudi soir et c’est l’occasion de renforcer les liens avec les anciens membres et de faire la connaissance des nouveaux. De plus, le Club organise régulièrement des conférences données par des membres et ceci permet de se mettre à jour sur les différents sujets proposés.
